The KM10a is an ultraminiature membrane‑type compressive load cell designed for highly precise force measurement in compact installations. Available in ranges from 100 N to 2 kN, it features a stainless‑steel body and a central load knob (R10, Ø3 mm) for accurate force introduction.
Compared to the KM10, the KM10a offers significantly reduced temperature drift, achieved through a built‑in adjustment board containing temperature‑compensating resistors (<0.01%/K). The sensor uses a high‑flexibility MESC‑4x0014‑PUR cable from the sensor to the adjustment board, followed by a robust PVC STC‑31V‑4 cable for improved durability.
Its extremely small dimensions—starting at Ø9.5 mm × 3.18 mm—make it ideal for robotics, medical devices, micro‑mechanical systems, and precision test setups where space is limited. The KM10a is engineered for high reproducibility (within 1%), long‑term stability, and reliable performance in demanding environments.
