The Electrostatic Charging Scrubber by DONGIL CNE integrates electrostatic ionization with scrubber technology to enhance fine particulate or mist removal. Exhaust gas flows through a chamber with high-voltage charging electrodes that impart charge on particles or droplets. As they pass to a collection or liquid-wash section, charged contaminants adhere more effectively to plates or are captured in liquid film. This improves collection efficiency for sub-micron particles or aerosols that are difficult to remove by conventional scrubbers. It is especially useful in applications with very stringent emission standards, such as semiconductor fabs, chemical process exhaust, or displays manufacturing. The unit may be combined with downstream scrubber stages, mist eliminators, or adsorbent media to target specific pollutants under custom-engineered design.
