The KC Series from HIWIN integrates a ballscrew-driven slider and a linear guideway into a compact U-rail module tailored for single-axis motion systems. The design emphasises ease of installation (no need to open the stage cover), simplified maintenance (grease nipple lubricates both rail and ballscrew simultaneously), and higher load capacity (especially in the B-TYPE version which increases load up to about 10-30 % over A-TYPE).
Typical models include KC50 and KC80 with lead options of 5 / 10 / 20 mm, maximum velocities up to 1 000 mm/s (in KC80) and repeatability grades of ±0.02 mm (standard) or ±0.01 mm (precision).
The fully sealed design protects internal components from dust and particles, making it suitable even for more demanding manufacturing environments.
