Venturi Scrubber
(In stock)
| Product Name | Venturi Scrubber |
| Model Number | (custom / project-specific Venturi scrubber) |
| Brand | DONGIL CNE |
| Category | Air Pollution Control Equipment / Wet Scrubber / Venturi-type Gas Scrubber |
| Country Origin | South Korea |
| Material | Corrosion-resistant materials (e.g. FRP or metal / composite construction), internal venturi throat geometry, mist eliminator / entrainment separator components. |
| Applications | Removes fine particulates and gaseous contaminants from high-velocity exhaust streams using a Venturi throat (high turbulence & liquid-gas impingement) to capture pollutants from industrial emissions. |
A Venturi Scrubber from DONGIL CNE works by accelerating polluted gas through a narrow throat (venturi section) while injecting scrubbing liquid. The high relative velocity forms a fine spray and maximizes contact between liquid droplets and pollutants. As particles collide with droplets, they are captured and carried out of the gas stream via liquid drainage; the cleaned gas exits through a mist-elimination stage. This design is especially effective for sub-micron particulate removal, sticky or hygroscopic dust, or exhaust streams with variable flow rates or high temperature. It is well-suited for chemical plants, semiconductor fabs, display / electronics manufacturing, and other facilities with demanding emissions control requirements.
