The Hosea MRNC‑255B is engineered for high-precision vertical CNC operations where motor placement must be at the back or top. Featuring a rigid one-piece disk and shaft, dual‑lead worm gearing, and a hydraulic clamping system at 35 kg/cm², it ensures robust performance even under heavy cutting loads.
Precision & Repeatability: Minimum input increment of 0.001°, indexing accuracy ±20″ and repeatability ±4″.
Clamping & Load Capacity: Hydraulic clamp delivers clamping torque of ~50 kg·m. Vertical load capacity up to 100 kg without tailstock, and up to 250 kg with tailstock.
Dimensions & Speed: Ø255 mm worktable; center height 160 mm; overall height 338 mm. Speed reduction ratio 1/120 yields a max rotation speed of 33.3 rpm.
