The SMART CAP PF 3000 G is a high-performance PCD face milling cutter engineered for aluminium and non‑ferrous composite machining. It features brazed PCD cutting edges on an aluminium alloy body and an additive-manufactured Smart Cap head that integrates 3D coolant channels to ensure controlled chip evacuation and thermal management—even with MQL lubrication. Available in diameters from 32 mm to 80 mm, with 8–16 cutting edges for optimized productivity. The cutter delivers burr‑free edges, excellent surface finish, reduced spindle load and extended tool life via precise geometry and coolant distribution design.
