The S1 is a “2-in-1” post-processing machine designed to both remove residual powder and finish surfaces (blasting / smoothing) for parts produced with powder bed polymer 3D printing processes. It features a rotating basket, swiveling nozzles, anti-static linings, ATEX compliance, recipe-based software control (up to ~30 recipes), media conditioning, and ergonomic design for safe loading/unloading. Compact but capable, it supports repeatable, traceable results in production environments while reducing manual labor and post-processing time significantly.
