SeAH Besteel’s Block is an ultra-large open-die forged component with up to 5,000 mm outer diameter, minimum thickness of 200 mm, and capacity of approximately 250 tons. Manufactured with the same quality controls as other open-die forgings (steelmaking → forging → machining → inspection), this block serves as a massive blank or primary structural part in shipbuilding, power plants, large tooling, and heavy machinery. It offers high integrity, dimensional stability, and the ability to be further processed to customer-specific requirements.
