| Product Name | Plastic Molded Type Sensor (SP Series) |
| Model Number | SP-series |
| Brand | INABA RUBBER Co., Ltd. (INASTOMER line) |
| Category | Elastomer Pressure-Conductive Sensor / Plastic-Molded Type |
| Country Origin | Japan |
| Material | Pressure-conductive elastomer (rubber + conductive filler) within plastic-molded housing. |
| Applications | Tactile / touch / proximity sensing in consumer / electronic / control-panel interfaces where durable molded shape is needed. |
Detection of pressure, load, contacts of robot, applicable in commercial devices and home game appliances.
Characteristic
The strength and weakness of the pressure can be detected continuously by pressing the plastic molded push part (φ3.0)rubbermolded push part(φ3.0) without having to touch the sensor detection part directly.
The sensor has a polycarbonate and rubber cover for protection against external load, harsh environment and dust.
Applicable to electric current as high as 5mA and direct LED drive.
As compared with semiconductor pressure sensor, detection of direct contact is possible.
Standard product connecting cord holder (L.LT.type)is available.
Usage
Amusement, Complex machines, Commercial use, Home use, Game appliances, detection of contacts pressure and loads.
Robot, machine device pressure, load and contacts detection.
Speed control in game appliances, robot manipulator pressure detection.
