The LEVEX Line Resolver is a high-precision absolute linear position sensor designed for tough operating conditions. It features resolutions down to 1 µm (high-accuracy version), a simple coil-only sensor structure ensuring durability, and It supports rod diameters from 10 mm up to 140 mm and strokes up to 400 mm (high accuracy) or 2,000 mm (standard) depending on model.
Levex
Environmental specs include shock resistance up to ~4.9 × 10³ m/s², vibration tolerance ~1.96 × 10² m/s² at 200 Hz, operating temperature from -10° to 120 °C and protection rating IP67. A dedicated converter (RCP-TM / RCP-WM series) provides binary or pulse output and supports absolute pitch of 8.192 mm (3-phase high accuracy) or 12.8 mm (2-phase standard).
