In support of Korea Power Station’s Gori Unit 1 nuclear facility, ACE ENG manufactured a full-scale mock-up of the nuclear generator as part of the plant’s design validation, training, and integration planning. The mock-up replicates the structural layout, mounting points, piping interfaces, supports, and external geometry of the actual generator system. ACE ENG used forged steel and high-precision machining to accurately represent real operational components, enabling engineers to check fitment tolerances, spatial clearances, assembly sequencing, and maintenance accessibility before final production. This mock-up serves as a critical tool for design verification, assembly simulation, and stakeholder review, helping prevent costly errors in construction phase and ensuring alignment with safety, functionality, and regulatory requirements.
