The TJFT72 from Omega Engineering (DwyerOmega) is a reduced-fine-tip transition joint thermocouple probe designed for fast and accurate temperature measurement in compact or constrained spaces. With a 0.5 mm (0.02 in) sensing tip and a 1/16″ stainless steel or Inconel sheath, it provides minimal thermal mass for rapid response. Supplied with 72″ of PFA-insulated, 24 AWG lead wire and available in J, K, T, or E calibration types, this probe is ideal for process control, lab applications, HVAC, and any environment requiring high sensitivity in tight geometries.
