SeAH Steel’s SAW Press-Bending line produces carbon steel welded pipes with outer diameters from ~406 mm up to ~1676 mm, and thicknesses from ~8 mm up to ~65 mm.
These pipes are bent by press bending (JCO/JCOE method), enabling fabrication of curved or jointed pipe segments used in linepipes, structural supports, offshore wind foundations and large infrastructure. The process includes strict weld monitoring, nondestructive testing, and quality assurance to meet industry standards.
