The T-50 Golden Eagle is South Korea’s first indigenous supersonic advanced jet trainer, co-developed by KAI and Lockheed Martin. It serves as the backbone for next-generation fighter pilot training. With a Mach 1.5 top speed, digital fly-by-wire controls, and advanced avionics, the T-50 has proven its effectiveness in domestic operations and exports to countries like Indonesia, Iraq, the Philippines, and Thailand. Variants also serve as lead-in fighter trainers (TA-50), light combat aircraft (FA-50), and even high-performance aerobatic demonstrators (T-50B) for the ROKAF Black Eagles
