The HM520W is a premium high-speed pick-and-place machine featuring interchangeable MF (Multi‑Function) and HP (High‑Speed) head modules. The MF head offers up to 60,000 CPH with ±30 µm placement accuracy for components up to 55 × 55 mm; the HP head achieves up to 80,000 CPH with ±25 µm accuracy for miniaturized components down to 0201 size. With precise run-time calibration, nozzle inspection, and smart diagnostics, it enables flexible, efficient, and continuous SMT production. Engineered in South Korea by Hanwha Precision Machinery (now Hanwha Semitech).
