The CCG IPlus Corrosion Guard™ (0546‑IP) is a robust cable gland designed for highly corrosive and wet environments. Featuring a nickel-plated brass body with a non-metallic, screw-on shroud, it fully encloses armour and gland components, preventing corrosion and maintaining IP66/IP68 protection (100 m) and deluge resistance. Factory-fitted with an elastomeric seal and heavy-duty locknut, its captive cone-clamp ensures secure armour retention. Certified to rigorous international standards—including marine, EMC, and London Underground—this gland operates from –65 °C to +120 °C. Optional adaptors, reducers, and washers enhance its adaptability for demanding industrial applications.
