Developed jointly by the Agency for Defense Development and Korean Air Aerospace Division, the KUS-FS (formerly MUAV) is a sophisticated MALE Unmanned Aerial Vehicle tailored for the Republic of Korea Air Force. Its design supports prolonged missions thanks to its turboprop engine, enabling over 24 hours of endurance at altitudes up to ~13 km, with surveillance capabilities reaching 110 km and recognition accuracy at 130 km. The platform also offers potential for multiple mission roles including ISR, communications relay, and electronic warfare adaptability.
