SeAH Besteel’s Shell forging is a large open-die forged cylindrical component, with up to 6,800 mm diameter, 5,000 mm length, and a maximum weight of ≈250 tons. Manufactured under a fully integrated process (steelmaking → forging with a 13,000-ton press → machining & inspection) to meet rigorous standards for nuclear, chemical, and power generation industries. Ideal for use in reactor pressure vessel shells, steam generator shells, heat exchanger shells, or similar pressure containment assemblies where size, strength, and material integrity are critical.
