The Hosea UPNC‑40 Swing Rotary Table features hypoid gear transmission to deliver low noise, minimal wear, and long-term stable index accuracy without frequent adjustment. It supports a ±120° swing range, enabling elliptic arc or angled machining in multi-axis systems. Fully circular hydraulic clamping ensures strong holding force in both swing directions.
Standard performance specs include a minimum input increment of 0.001°, indexing accuracy of ±20″, and repeatability of ±4″. The system uses FANUC αiF 12 servo or HEIDENHAIN HF‑204S/HF‑354S encoders. A typical speed reduction ratio of 1:40 yields max table rotation speed of ~75 rpm. With hydraulic clamping at 35 kg/cm², it generates ~170 kg·m torque and supports up to 300 kg load capacity. The net weight (motor excluded) is ~290 kg.
