A Venturi Scrubber from DONGIL CNE works by accelerating polluted gas through a narrow throat (venturi section) while injecting scrubbing liquid. The high relative velocity forms a fine spray and maximizes contact between liquid droplets and pollutants. As particles collide with droplets, they are captured and carried out of the gas stream via liquid drainage; the cleaned gas exits through a mist-elimination stage. This design is especially effective for sub-micron particulate removal, sticky or hygroscopic dust, or exhaust streams with variable flow rates or high temperature. It is well-suited for chemical plants, semiconductor fabs, display / electronics manufacturing, and other facilities with demanding emissions control requirements.
